3. **Sized Savings Range**: Empirical estimation of cost reduction (typically 55–85% token cost reduction, plus substantial staff hours saved from reduced rework).
4. **One-Page Executive Brief**: A tailored summary with answers for the CEO (strategic value), CTO (difference from gateway), CIO (security/VPC boundary), and CFO (ROI and downside protection).

## 3. Inputs Required from Customer
1. **Usage Export**: An export from your gateway or provider dashboard (model, input/output tokens, cost, latency, team/app identifier). No raw user PII or proprietary prompt contents required.
2. **Workflow Shortlist**: The 1–3 AI workflows team members complain about or redo most (e.g. document summarization, extraction, resume screening, code review, report synthesis).
3. **Named Contact & Kickoff**: One named engineering or AI platform lead for a 20-minute kickoff and findings walk-through.

## 4. Security & Architecture Boundaries
- **VPC Deployment**: NeoAI deploys in your VPC (AWS, GCP, Azure) behind your existing AI gateway (Portkey, LiteLLM, Cloudflare AI Gateway, Kong, Envoy).
- **One Endpoint Change**: In application code, only the upstream URL changes.
- **Zero Cross-Customer Training**: Prompts never train anything for other customers.
- **Customer Owns Recipes**: Distilled recipes, evaluation harnesses, and audit logs live in your cloud and are exportable in open JSON/YAML formats. Every version is logged and can be rolled back.
