# Pricing: NeoAI

Last updated: 2026-10-25. Page version: https://recipes.neoai.solutions/pricing/

NeoAI is priced as a gainshare: a share of the savings it measures on the customer's own tasks. If there are no measured savings, there is no fee.

## Stages

| Stage | Length | Cost to the customer |
|---|---|---|
| Audit | About 2 weeks | Free |
| Pilot on the customer's own evaluation set | 2 to 4 weeks | Paid only from measured savings (gainshare) |
| Roll-out with monthly re-tuning | Ongoing | Gainshare on measured savings |

## Gainshare

- Fee: [X]% of measured savings (to be set).
- Applies to the savings only, never to total spend.
- Savings are measured as the change in cost per accepted task between a baseline period on the customer's current setup and a NeoAI period on the same tasks at the same quality bar.
- No measured savings, no fee.

## Expected savings (Estimate, not results)

- Enterprise Q&A: 55 to 70% lower spend (Estimate)
- Engineering: 60 to 80% lower spend (Estimate)
- Agents: 65 to 85% lower spend (Estimate)

NeoAI has no published customer results yet. A pilot replaces these estimates with measured numbers.

## Who it is for

Companies spending roughly $20k to $500k a month on LLMs, and enterprise AI platform teams.
